This was actually Ferdinand Ries' second concerto (No. 6 being the first), written while he was studying under Beethoven. With its catchy, Beethovenian quality, this concerto is probably my favorite from this era that doesn't happen to contain any cadential trills.

I transcribed and cleaned up this score from a publicly available version, and fleshed out the piano reduction.
