Composed for the second JWFan.net composing competition, this one represents a new theme for the caped crusader (Batman). Divided into 2 distinct parts, it tries to depict this superhero like I remember him from my childhood: A brutal, disturbed, cruel man who carries out his inner conflicts out into the city and catches bad guys instead of fighting his inner conflict.
The first part of this composition takes a look at how the hero looks on the inside. Its mourning and full of self-pity. Then comes the second part, depicting how he seems himself: Featuring the same melody it is more upbeat and exciting.
I hope you enjoy this little piece! This is a revised version of the score: Some tiny corrections were neccessary and it was transposed to the correct pitch.
The mp3 was removed for maintenance and will shortly be replaced by a better one. Thanks for your understanding.
